He is an active contributor to the profession’s broader conversation, regularly writing about his firsthand experiences and observations. Ross also serves as Treasurer and Board Member of the National Association of Legal Search Consultants (NALSC), and has moderated and participated in panels on recruitment topics at both NALSC and NALP conferences.

A graduate of American University, Ross began his career as a CPA, bringing a rigorous, analytical mindset to everything he does. He previously held positions at American Express and Deloitte before transitioning into legal search – a background that gives him a distinctive edge in understanding the business side of law firm growth.

Ross lives in Hoboken, New Jersey with his wife and two sons. Outside the office, he can be found perfecting his craft at the grill in any season, hitting the slopes, working on his golf game, or shark fishing.
