Keith’s work moves in both directions. Some placements begin with a quiet inbound call from a partner weighing whether their current platform is still right. Others begin with Keith reaching out on behalf of a firm that has targeted a specific partner — outreach grounded in real knowledge of that partner’s practice, never a cold pitch.

From either starting point, the process is the same. Keith develops a careful read of the practice, the clients, and the economics, then identifies the platform that genuinely fits: the right synergies, institutional clients, fewer conflicts, and real room to grow.

Then he negotiates — relentlessly. Compensation, guarantee, origination credit, equity, autonomy: Keith pushes hard on every lever, and his candidates routinely walk away with offers materially stronger than they could have secured on their own. Substantially increasing partner compensation is the consistent result, and the part of his work he is best known for.

The best offer at the wrong firm is a short stay; the right firm on a mediocre deal leaves money on the table. Keith’s value is delivering both. As he likes to put it, his goal is “to be their Jerry Maguire” — treating partners as business owners and championing their interests at every turn.

Keith holds degrees in Business Management and Political Science. A longtime Manhattan resident, he is happiest with family and friends, and enjoys the outdoors and the beach, hosting dinners and cocktail parties, playing tennis, and getting out for walks and bike rides.
