Chris Puliafico has been in the recruitment industry for over 15 years. During that time, he has developed a thoughtful, honest, and straightforward approach when working with his candidates and clients. Chris takes immense pride in the relationships he has cultivated, and the careers he has helped grow and advance.

As the newest member of the firm, Chris focuses his efforts on identifying premium Partner-level opportunities with our longest-standing clients and marketing those roles to the right candidates. He believes that there is a perfect match for everyone, and it is his job to help identify it.

A graduate of the Isenberg School of Management at the University of Massachusetts, Chris is an avid fan of their sports teams. He and his family live in Westchester, where he enjoys coaching youth sports, trying to perfect Phil Collins’ drum solos, and going on adventures with his wife, 2 kids, and 2 dogs.
